Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms set out the rules for using SocialSync, available at socialsync.pl, and are the terms of service within the meaning of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002. By creating an account you accept them.
1. Operator
SocialSync is operated by ONEXO.pl Adrian Sokół, ul. Wojska Polskiego 9/D211, 39-300 Mielec, Polska, NIP (tax ID) 8172211997, REGON 526100591, e-mail [email protected] (the "Operator").
2. Definitions
- Service: the SocialSync application and website.
- User: an adult who has created an account in the Service.
- Organization: a shared workspace of Users with roles (owner, administrator, member, viewer) in which brands, connected accounts and posts are kept.
- Platforms: the social media services to which the Service can publish: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Connected account: a User's or Organization's account on a Platform that the User authorized the Service to publish to.
3. Services
The Operator provides, by electronic means: a User account; Organizations with team members, roles and invitations; connecting accounts on the Platforms through their official authorization (OAuth); preparing a post once and publishing it immediately or at a scheduled time on the Connected accounts the User selects; and a calendar and history of publications.
Publishing goes through the official APIs of the Platforms. What can be published, in which formats and within which limits depends on the Platforms and may change. The Service never deletes posts and never changes the name, picture, description or links of a profile on a Platform.
4. Access and fees
The Service is currently provided free of charge. The Operator may limit registration to e-mail addresses it has authorized and to people invited to an Organization.
If paid plans are introduced, their prices and terms will be published before they apply, and no fee will be charged without the User's separate agreement.
5. Technical requirements
- A device with internet access and a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- An active e-mail address.
- An authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator or 1Password) for Users who are owners or administrators of an Organization, who must use two-step verification.
- An account on each Platform the User wants to publish to, of the type the Platform requires for publishing through its API (for example a professional Instagram account or a Facebook Page).
6. Account and contract
- The contract for providing the Service is concluded when the account is created and confirmed by e-mail, for an indefinite period.
- The User provides true data, keeps the password and two-step verification codes confidential and is responsible for actions taken from the account.
- Owners and administrators are responsible for the members they invite and the roles they assign in their Organization.
- The User may terminate the contract at any time by writing to [email protected] from the account's e-mail address; the account is closed and its data erased as described in the Privacy Policy.
- The Operator may terminate the contract with 14 days' notice sent by e-mail, or immediately when the User seriously or persistently breaches these terms or the law.
7. Connecting Platform accounts
- The User may connect only accounts that they own or are authorized to manage.
- By connecting an account the User also accepts the terms of that Platform, in particular the TikTok Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service, the Meta terms for Facebook, Instagram and Threads, the LinkedIn User Agreement, the X Terms of Service and the Pinterest Terms of Service, and must comply with them when publishing.
- Before publishing to TikTok the User chooses the post's privacy level and interaction settings in the Service and accepts TikTok's music usage terms where they apply.
- The User can disconnect an account in the Service, or revoke access in the Platform's settings, at any time.
8. Content
The User keeps all rights to the content they upload and publish. The User grants the Operator a non-exclusive, free licence to store, process and transmit that content only to the extent needed to provide the Service, for as long as it is kept in the Service.
The User is responsible for having the rights to the content, including music, images and the image of other people, and for its compliance with the law and the rules of each Platform.
9. Prohibited use
The Operator may block publication or suspend an account that breaks these rules and, where possible, informs the User first.
- Providing or publishing unlawful content, including content that infringes the rights of others, is misleading, incites violence or hatred, or violates personal rights.
- Spam, mass publishing of identical content to many accounts and artificially inflating engagement.
- Attempts to bypass limits, security measures or access controls of the Service or the Platforms, and interfering with the operation of the Service.
- Using the Service in breach of the terms of the Platforms.
10. Availability and liability
The Operator takes care that the Service works continuously and publishes on time, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation; breaks for maintenance and updates are possible. The Operator is not responsible for the operation, decisions, limits or outages of the Platforms; when a publication fails, the Service shows why.
Towards Users who are not consumers the Operator is liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and lost profits are excluded. These terms do not limit any rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
11. Complaints
Complaints about the Service can be sent to [email protected]. Please describe the problem and give the e-mail address of the account. The Operator answers within 14 days of receiving the complaint, by e-mail.
12. Consumers
A consumer, and a natural person running a business who concludes the contract not in their professional capacity, may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason, by sending a statement to the Operator's e-mail address. As the Service is free of charge, withdrawal has the same effect as closing the account.
A consumer may use out-of-court ways of handling complaints, for example the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej).
13. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy at https://socialsync.pl/privacy.
14. Changes and final provisions
The Operator may change these terms for important reasons, such as a change in the law, in the Platforms' rules or in the scope of the Service. Users are informed by e-mail at least 14 days before the change takes effect and may terminate the contract before then.
These terms are governed by Polish law. For consumers this does not remove the protection given by the mandatory law of their country of residence. Disputes are resolved by the common courts with jurisdiction under general rules.
These terms apply from 20 October 2026.
